Shipping terms and conditions
- Items that are out of stock at the time of shipment, are in the manufacturer's warehouse or require assembly may increase the shipping time of the order.
- The option Shipping with Carrier requires the buyer to be at home for delivery. The customer's contact telephone number will be provided to the transport company.
- The Store Collection option is free of charge but requires the item to be collected from our shop in Valencia. The customer will be notified when the item is available for collection.
Shipping costs
- Shipping costs are subject to possible changes if there are any changes in the amounts of the transport companies and in customs duties and costs. In any of these cases, the customer will be contacted for confirmation before the amount is calculated.
- Possible customs charges to countries outside the European Union are not taken into account. In this case, the customer will have to pay the amount requested.

Accessories and components
- It is essential to return the product before any exchange or refund.
- The returned item must be in the same condition in which it was sent. With its original packaging, including warranties, labels and tags.
- If the return is due to a shipping error on our part we will proceed to the full refund of the product and shipping costs to our facilities will be borne by us. Otherwise, the return will be made in the form of a voucher (not in cash) and the shipping costs to our facilities will be paid by the customer.
- There is a period of 14 days for the return of the product.
- If at the time of return there is no product that you are interested in, the value of the product will be kept as a credit balance for an indefinite period of time, until you find a product that you like.
Bicycles
- It is essential to return the bicycle before any exchange or refund.
- In the case of bicycles, if there is a defect in one of the components, that component will be sent back.
- All our bicycles are checked before shipment. If during assembly by the customer any of the parts or components of the bicycle are damaged, the responsibility will be the customer's and no refunds can be made.
- The returned item must be in the same condition in which it was sent. With its original packaging, including warranties, labels and tags.
- Bicycles assembled to order (with components chosen by the customer) cannot be returned.
- There is a period of 14 days for the return of the product.
- If at the time of return there is no product you are interested in, the value of the product will be kept as a credit balance for an indefinite period of time, until you find a product you like.
Steps to make a return
1.- Write an e-mail to the address: info@budgetbikeshop.com indicating that you wish to make a return.
2.- We will send you an e-mail with the instructions you must follow to complete the return.
3.- When we receive the article(s) in our shop, they will be checked and we will inform the customer.
