Shipping Terms and Conditions

- Orders are processed from Monday to Friday. Delivery time is between 4 to 25 days depending on location and availability for in-stock items. If a product requires assembly or is located at the manufacturer's warehouse, delivery time may increase, in which case the customer will be promptly informed.

- Shipping is carried out by a professional carrier. The buyer must be at home for delivery; a contact phone number will be provided to the transport company to ensure reception.

Shipping Costs

- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout before finalizing payment. For shipments outside the European Union, the customer is responsible for any potential customs duties or local taxes that may apply.

Returns and Right of Withdrawal

Return Terms and Conditions

In accordance with current regulations, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order to exercise your right of withdrawal and request a return in all cases.

General Conditions (Accessories, components, and bicycles)

- It is essential that the item is returned in its original packaging, including warranties, labels, and in perfect condition.

- Error or defect: If the return is due to a defective product or a shipping error on our part, we will fully assume the costs of collection and shipping to our facilities.

- Withdrawal: In the case of a voluntary return, the customer will assume the shipping and handling costs of the product to our warehouse in Valencia.

- Exceptions: Returns are not accepted for bicycles assembled "a la carte" with specific components chosen by the customer, nor for products showing damage resulting from incorrect assembly by the user.

- Refund: Once the product is received and verified in-store, we will proceed with a full refund of the amount via the same payment method used for the purchase within a maximum period of 14 calendar days. For purchases financed with SeQura, the refund will be issued via the same payment method (in no case via a voucher).

Steps to make a return

1.- Send an email to: info@budgetbikeshop.com indicating your order number and the reason for the return.

2.- We will respond with detailed instructions for shipping to our warehouse in Spain.

3.- After the receipt and technical review of the items, we will confirm the processing of the refund.
